- It’s a long day: meet at 7:45, out at 8:00, back in the evening
- Minimum age 6; under 16 must travel with an adult
- Pets are welcome, at a full ticket each
- Phone signal is weak and internet is rare for most of the route

How booking works
- Private trips run on your dates — send us the day you want
- Private trip: full payment when you book (no deposits), confirmed as soon as it is paid
- Up to 10 places. If stock shows as full, the backorder option at checkout puts you on the waiting list
Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the trip: choose free credit in your Cadence Seekers wallet, a free move to another date, or a refund minus bank/card fees (usually 1.5–3.5%)
- Less than 72 hours before the trip, cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows can’t be refunded. The price covers the whole group, so if some of your group can’t make it, the trip still runs at the same price
- If we postpone or cancel (weather, safety or any reason on our side), you choose: a full refund with no deductions, wallet credit, or another date
- If no spot opens for you on the waiting list, you get a full refund with no deductions, or wallet credit
