How booking works
- Private trips run on your dates — send us the day you want
- Private trip: confirmed as soon as it is paid
- Up to 10 places. If stock shows as full, the backorder option at checkout puts you on the waiting list
Refunds
- You can cancel at any time for a 50% refund. The price covers the whole group, so if some of your group can’t make it, the trip still runs at the same price. Late arrivals and no-shows can’t be refunded
- Transfer fees are deducted from any refund
- You are refunded in full if we postpone for weather, if there aren’t enough participants, or if Cadence Seekers cancels
- If you can’t get a place from the waiting list, you’re refunded or credited towards a later trip
