Cancellation & Refund Policies
Guest Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable as funds are immediately allocated to secure 4×4 vehicles, guide permits, and camp accommodation bookings. Cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Operator Cancellation Guarantee: If Cadence Seekers cancels or postpones the expedition due to severe weather, safety risks, or minimum participant requirements, you will receive your full refund based on how you paid:
Direct Website & Cash Payments: 100% fully refunded with zero deduction fees (or refunded in 100% EGP cash on-site).
Bank Transfers & Wire Payments: Refunds are processed in full, minus any mandatory third-party bank transfer or wiring fees depending on the payment method used.
