• Stays under a month: 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your dates; the remaining balance plus a one-night refundable security deposit is paid on arrival
• Stays of a month or more: we require a 50% non-refundable reservation deposit (50% of one month's rent). The whole first month is payable on arrival, and the 50% you paid earlier remains as your refundable security deposit (deductions for damage, missing items, extra cleaning, late check-out or late rent)
• Calendar blocked only after deposit received
