How to Book:
– Via Airbnb: Book anytime with no deposit required.
– Direct Booking (10-15% cheaper):
– Stays under a month: 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your dates; the remaining balance plus a one-night refundable security deposit is paid on arrival
– Stays of a month or more: we require a 50% non-refundable reservation deposit (50% of one month’s rent). The whole first month is payable on arrival, and the 50% you paid earlier remains as your refundable security deposit (deductions for damage, missing items, extra cleaning, late check-out or late rent)
– Calendar blocked only after deposit received
Terms & Conditions:
– Valid ID/passport copy required
– Marriage contract copy for Egyptian/Arab couples
– Early departure: no refund for unused nights
– Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
– Late check-out, excessive cleaning, or property damage may result in deductions from the security deposit
– Internet works fine, but like everywhere in Dahab the speed can drop at times
