First, our hiking trips
1. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued before the early-bird deadline for your trip (deadlines vary by trip and are posted on our website).
Private trip bookings are always eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled.
In special cases such as weather-related postponements, insufficient participants, or cancellations by Cadence Seekers, refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
If a refund is issued, transaction fees (depending on your payment method) will be deducted.
Refunds can be returned to your original payment method or kept as credit in your Cadence Seekers wallet for future use.

2. Does Cadence Seekers have a waiting list for fully booked trips?
Yes! If a trip, for example one with 8 participants, is fully booked when you try to check out, the backorder option will appear. By placing a backorder, you’ll be automatically added to the waiting list.
We hold waiting list spots for up to 48 hours, which corresponds to our final confirmation deadline. If a spot opens within this timeframe, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
If you’re unable to join the trip, you can choose to request a refund—with transaction fees deducted based on your payment method—or keep your booking amount as credit in your Cadence Seekers wallet for future trips.
3. When do I need to pay and what are the confirmation deadline and early-bird discount?
Payments are available as soon as an event is announced. Usually, the payment deadline is 48 hours before the event time and the early-bird discount (if available) is 7 days before the event date.
4. How can I join?
By using our new payment system, you can keep an eye on our hiking events page. You can choose between dates, locations, and types of trips. You will find an updated calendar for our day trips, overnight trips, and two-night trips.
5. Are your trips suitable for children, individuals with disabilities, or the elderly?
Our trips are designed for the best experience possible and we recommend them for those 16 and above due to long distances, varying weather, and nature conditions.
We also offer family-friendly trips for children and teenagers. If you have specific requirements, please let us know.
We are thrilled to provide travel opportunities that cater to anyone, including those with limitations or disabilities. We just wanted to give you a heads up to take into account both your physical and mental ability to finish the itinerary you have picked. We understand that certain trips might entail carrying our bags for long distances and on occasion, crawling through tight spaces.
We firmly believe that age is just a number. we appreciate your willingness to take up our courses and learn something new. Also, we want to ensure that you have the best experience with us, so we’ve included a physical rating with each of our trips. This will help you understand physically demanding the trip is and decide if it’s right for you.
6. How many people will be on my trip?
Our goal is to make sure everyone has a great time, so we try to keep our group sizes small – usually between 8-15 people. That way, you’ll get to enjoy an intimate experience with your fellow travelers.
Our overland trips are also designed with your comfort in mind. We use purpose-built vehicles that can accommodate up to 8 people. If you want to know more about the size of the group for a specific trip, just head to our website – all the details are right there on the overview page.
7. Do you offer private trips?
Absolutely! We organize private trips tailored to your preferred dates and group size—even if it’s just for one person. Payment is based on the full group size, so for example, if the vehicle holds 8 participants at €25 per person, a private booking for one person would be €200 (the full group price).
We also sometimes offer discounts of 10-20% for smaller groups of fewer than 4 participants, as these trips may involve less food consumption or other reduced costs.

8. May I join just a part of the trip?
Please note that while we can’t offer reimbursement for any unused portions of the trip, we’re happy to help you sign off at specific points if necessary.
we understand if some unforeseen circumstances require you to leave early. If that’s the case, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
9. Can I change the group trip itinerary before or during the trip?
We kindly ask that you review the itinerary carefully before booking since we won’t be able to make changes for individual travelers.
But no worries, we’re here to help you plan your own unique adventure! Feel free to reach out to us for information on individual or private trips tailored just for you.
10. What are your starting and ending locations?
We just wanted to give you a heads up that for most of our trips, we have a specific point of gathering/departing, and dropping off.
Of course, we understand that sometimes you may need to be dropped off at a specific location. Just let us know ahead of time so that we can make sure to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind though that we won’t be able to wait for you if you decide to get dropped off somewhere other than our usual destination.
Second, our accommodation
1. How to book?
Check and book anytime with no deposit required from our Airbnb profile.
-Or for direct Bookings (10-15% cheaper) we require 50% non-refundable reservation deposit
• Remaining balance plus one night worth of refundable security deposit, payable on arrival
*(calendar is blocked only after receiving the deposit)
Deposit is non-refundable or partially retained if:
• Property damage
• Cancellation after calendar is blocked
• Late check-out (after 10:00) or extra cleaning costs
We also require:
• ID/passport copy
• Marriage contract copy for Egyptian/Arab couples

2. Can I modify or cancel my booking, and if so, what is the cancelation policy?
Booking directly through our website entitles you to an automatic 15% discount. However please note that we have a cancellation policy requiring a non-refundable 50% payment of your total stay as a cancelation policy. Additionally, upon arrival, we collect a one-night refundable security deposit, with the remaining 50% payment due at that time or within the cancelation policy period.
3. What are the available payment options for booking directly through your website?
Direct bookings through our website, SEPA bank transfers, Instapay, Revolut or cash payments.
4. Is there a minimum stay requirement for booking accommodation?
Yes, two nights minimum.
5. What if I want to depart earlier than the scheduled date?
Early departure means remaining days aren’t refunded, but the one night deposit is refundable unless affected by other conditions.
6. Do you offer any discounts for long-term stays?
Yes, we offer discounts between 7 and 20% discount for weekly bookings and from 25% up to 54% discount for monthly bookings.
7. Are pets allowed in the accommodation, and if so, is there an additional fee?
Yes, we welcome up to two dogs, and three of any other smaller pets are also accepted, with an additional fee of €15 for the entire duration of the stay.
8. What amenities are included in the accommodation?
All our units are equipped with essential amenities like a fridge, washing machine, stove and ACs. (except this one due to space) Additionally, some units feature extra amenities such as a crib, yard, rooftop access, microwave, air fryers and more. We are also open to negotiating the inclusion of additional amenities based on your preferences.
9. How do I access the property upon arrival, and do you offer early or late check-in options?
Upon arrival, through self checking in key boxes or one of our co-hosts will provide you with regular updates regarding your arrival time and meeting points beforehand. Additionally, we offer flexible check-in and check-out times, accommodating both early and late arrivals/departures based on the schedule of the previous or next guests who are already occupying the property.
10. Are there any nearby attraction or points of interest to explore during my stay?
Yes, in Dahab, there are nearby attractions showcasing some of the world’s most beautiful seas, coral reefs, and mountains. Visitors can enjoy various climbing and water activities in these stunning natural surroundings. Additionally, the North Coast offers one of the most appealing sandy beaches, perfect for relaxation and leisure.
