One night in the desert, a few kilometres from the ancient Nawamis, with a dune to climb before dinner and a sky full of stars after it.
Nawamis to the big dune
We started among the Nawamis, the old stone tombs, then walked on to the big dune, laughing, taking photos and working up an appetite.
Dinner in the cave
Camp was a sheltered, cave-like spot in the rocks. Dinner was far better than anyone expected from a desert kitchen, and then we slept under more stars than most of us had ever seen.
Morning yoga
We woke up to a yoga session with Nada, stretching slowly with the mountains all around us before heading back to Dahab.
