- Two of the four canyons need a certain fitness level and size to pass through
- Moderate level — not recommended for pregnant travellers or those with back problems or serious medical conditions
- Participants younger than 14 are not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Mostly no phone signal, except on the road and some spots at Khudra Oasis

Booking, payment and cancellation
How booking works
- Full payment is required to book — there’s no deposit option for day trips
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the trip; bookings stay open until 24 hours before
- 10% early-bird discount for bookings made at least 7 days before the trip
- Max 8 participants. If the stock is filled, the backorder option at checkout puts you on the waiting list
Refunds
- Within 7 days of the trip your payment is already committed to booking our services, so cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows can’t be refunded
- Transfer fees are deducted from any refund
- You’re refunded in full if we postpone or cancel — for weather, too few participants, or other reasons on our side
- If you can’t be placed off the waitlist, you’re refunded (transfer fees apply) or credited towards a later trip
